Pistons vs. 76ers: East's top two teams meet at Little Caesars Arena

DETROIT. The Pistons host the 76ers Wednesday night at Little Caesars Arena, a matchup between the Eastern Conference's top two teams. Both sides enter with one loss on the season, and Detroit beat Philadelphia earlier this year even with key players sidelined.

Jalen Duren and Isaiah Joe are out again with injuries, but Ausar Thompson returns to the lineup. Philadelphia is expected to have Joel Embiid available. Cade Cunningham scored 33 points against Charlotte on Monday heading into the game.

Tip off is at Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit.
